Jesus is the Word of God and the Word of God is the Truth (John chapter 1 verse 1, and chapter 17 verse 1).
When we have been set free, we are free indeed. John chapter 8 verses 31 to 32, and John chapter 8 verse 36.
We are indeed free to be free in deeds with the deed of freedom.
Deed means:
1. an action that is performed intentionally or consciously; and/or
2. a legal document that is signed and delivered, especially one regarding the ownership of property or legal rights.
We have the title deed to our legal freedom. It is called faith. Hebrews chapter 11 verse 1.
Jesus is the receipt of the payment for our sin debt. He is also our title deed; our faith.
Jesus is the document of our legal rights to the property of the blessed state. When Satan tries to hoard what are rightfully and legally ours, we slap him with THE legal document; JESUS!
When Satan tries to hoard our health through sickness, we present Jesus as the title deed to our health.
When Satan tries to hoard our peace and joy through worries and anxieties, we present Jesus as the title deed to our peace and joy.
When Satan tries to hoard our finances through poverty, we present Jesus as the title deed to our financial sufficiency.
In a nutshell, when we encounter lack, we present Jesus as the title deed to abundance. Jesus said that He came to give us a more abundant life chapter John 10 verse 10.
Our Lord Jesus has been described as a blank cheque signed in His name with His Precious Blood.
