Helmet of Salvation

The helmet protects the mind. 

Our minds are pre-occupied with salvation. 

Jesus means “The Lord is salvation” (Matthew 1:21). 

All day long, we think and meditate on the truth that our Lord Jesus is the Savior (Luke 2:11).
